“USCIS意見社區(qū)”的推出將使近期美國投資移民EB-5利益相關(guān)方的討論更為便利

　　美國公民及移民服務局(USCIS)上周宣布，其已建立了一個名為“USCIS意見社區(qū)”的門戶網(wǎng)站，以供美國投資移民EB-5利益相關(guān)方提交意見或問題、給予反饋并在2月26日舉行的“EB-5互動系列活動：就資金合法來源發(fā)出的補件通知”電話會議后繼續(xù)討論。截至3月6日，“意見社區(qū)”網(wǎng)站上已提交了60多條意見。“意見社區(qū)”網(wǎng)站將開放至3月13日。

　　USCIS也曾于去年4月23日舉行了美國投資移民EB-5利益相關(guān)方的電話會議后建立過“意見社區(qū)”網(wǎng)站，就EB-5計劃可能發(fā)生的政策法規(guī)變化征詢意見。

　　USCIS宣布將舉行意見聽取會以征求關(guān)于商務類移民改善舉措的意見

　　美國公民及移民服務局(USCIS)邀請所有利益相關(guān)方于美國東部時間3月19日(周四)下午2點至2點30分參加意見聽取會，以征求關(guān)于移民行政舉措的某一領(lǐng)域——商務類移民改善舉措——的意見。

　　在這些舉措得到落實的情況下，USCIS將與其它政府機構(gòu)共同協(xié)作，為美國投資移民各類移民和非移民簽證計劃的現(xiàn)代化、改善和澄清而努力，從而推進美國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展并創(chuàng)造就業(yè)。在意見聽取會的舉行過程中，USCIS官員將會介紹一系列全新的倡議并就所提出的改善舉措征詢與會者的意見。

　　如欲參加該意見聽取會，請按照以下步驟操作：

　　1、訪問USCIS注冊頁

　　2、輸入您的E-mail地址并點擊“Submit(提交)”

　　3、點擊“Subscriber Preferences(訂戶參數(shù)選擇)”

　　4、點擊“Event Registration(活動注冊)”標簽

　　5、輸入您的全名和公司名稱(如有)

　　6、輸入您的問題，完成后點擊“Submit(提交)”

　　您的注冊獲得受理后，USCIS將會向您發(fā)出一封確認電子郵件，您可以從中了解到如何參加電話會議。

　　如您對注冊流程有任何問題，或在注冊成功并完成問題提交后的兩個工作日內(nèi)未收到USCIS的確認郵件，請發(fā)送郵件至public.Engagement@uscis.dhs.gov問詢。

　　USCIS Idea Community to Facilitate Further Discussion on Recent EB-5 Stakeholder Engagement

　　Last week, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced it has set up an online portal, called the USCIS Idea Community, for EB-5 Stakeholders to submit comments or questions, provide feedback, and continue the discussion from the February 26th EB-5 Interactive Series Engagement on Requests for Evidence on Lawful Source of Funds. As of March 6th, there have been 60+ comments submitted. The Idea Community will be active through March 13th.

　　Last year, USCIS set up its Idea Community for EB-5 Stakeholder comment after the April 23, 2014 EB-5 Stakeholder Engagement and to solicit input on potential regulatory changes to the EB-5 Program.

　　USCIS Announces Listening Session to Provide Feedback on Business-Focused Immigration Enhancements

　　U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invites all stakeholders to participate in a listening session on Thursday, March 19, from 2 to 3:30 p.m.(Eastern) to provide feedback on one area of the executive actions on immigration: business-focused immigration enhancements.

　　Under those actions, USCIS will work with other government agencies to modernize, improve and clarify immigrant and nonimmigrant visa programs to grow our economy and create jobs. During the listening session, USCIS officials will provide an overview of the new initiatives and seek your input on enhancements.

　　To register for this session, please follow these steps:

　　1、Visit the USCIS registration page

　　2、Enter your email address and select “Submit”

　　3、Select “Subscriber Preferences”

　　4、Select the “Event Registration” tab

　　5、Provide your full name and organization, if any

　　6、Complete the questions and select “Submit”

　　Once we process your registration, USCIS will send you a confirmation email with details about how to participate in the teleconference.
